Wi Fi enabled?

I have a wi-fi home network, but my Lucid doesn't stay connected. I am following all the directions I that am being told to do, but am still not able to stay connected. It keeps scanning, then authenticating, and then it will just disconnect. Can anyone please send me some advice?

James, I'll be happy to give you some advice on this issue! Have you been able to connect to any other Wi-Fi networks with your Lucid? Do you receive any error messages? If you haven't already, try removing the battery from your phone and try connecting again. If you are able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks, you may need to reboot your router. If this is happening with all networks, there may be an issue in the phone causing this. First try booting the phone into safe mode http://bit.ly/L11NdA and test connecting to Wi-Fi. This disables third party applications to see if one may be causing the issue. If no change, I suggest completing a factory reset. This will erase all data on the device that is not saved on the SD card. You'll need to make sure your contacts and other info is backed up. http://bit.ly/MCFWcG
