So I went to my local Verizon store today looking to get a warranty replacement. My phone only receives 8 out of 10 messages, on a good day. I told them I have done multiple factory resets including pulling cards etc., I also told them that I was told to change the settings to allow all text messages, which I did and it still does it. Their response?? to pull the battery and sim card and tell me to call them in 24-48 hours if it does it again. I'm not an idiot Verizon, it's been doing it for months and I told the rep that I had done this multiple times already!
Try listening to your customers once and a while! and you can expect a call from me in exactly 24 hours, because I promise you it will have malfunctioned multiple times by then! Wish I wasn't under contract with this horrid phone for another 15 months!!
