Incredible shipping date

I ordered my incredible at a Verizon store and I have a receipt that contains an "order number." \Is there a way to get a status report on an order placed in a store? The online status selection seems linked only to internet orders. Anybody have any ideas on how one can get a more fixed shipping date than "sometime this century?" Thanks

Either goto your VZW Store and ask or you can call *611 and they should be able to tell you what your ship date is

Thanks. Calling 611 worked. Now I have a date for shipping and it is one week beyond the original promised shipping date. For your info, the promised $25 gift card" being offered to compensate for delays in shipping will only be provided if the shipping date is a full 2 weeks beyond the original promised date. Good luck collecting that gift card. I wonder if I should ask for 12.50 if the phone is only a week late?

haha good luck making that happen. I am not expecting a Gift Card because my EST ship date is 22JUL and from what i can see i should get my phone when i was promised it.

My wife is sitting vigil outside our house. If the Fed Ex man doesn't stop by soon to give her the phones we ordered, she may go postal! LOL

Hey my estimated ship date I think is July 22nd too. I ordered my phone on July 1st. What day did you order your phone?

24JUN... yours is prolly like the 28-30th. in reality from the way the dates are working that is probably a good estimate
