Help, i am literally receiving every single persons post

I had purchased an android a couple of moths and there was something i didnt understand, so i went on the verizon wireless forum site and in the menatime, I found the answer to the problem that I didnt understand, but ever since them i am literally receiving every single persons post that they post on the forum. It is filling up my inbox, with out exagerating i have an average of 50-100 posts form the verizon forum. I have tried numerous times contacting verizon wireless, and they will not do a thing to help. Can somebody please help me with this. It would be greatly appreciated.  I an seriously considering switching to a new phone carrier.

If you click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner, you can change your preferences.  Somehow, you probably have it set to receive notification for all threads.  If it is just one specific thread, you can go to that specific thread and click the following button right under your name to un-follow.
