Help! My Droid when plugged in with a USB on my computer is recognised as a CD ROM

Help!

I am trying to get Video taken on my Samsung phone (Droid) which wont load on the sd card, so I tried to plug in the Usb and load it straight to my computer, because it's too large to upload via email, but everytime I plug in the phone the drivers that loaded for the phone say the phone is a CD ROM.

How in the hell is a phone a CD ROM? I can't get the video off the phone and I can't redirect the drive.

HELP!!!

I need the video for something very important and I need it really soon. So if anyone has any answers I would appreiate it.

This is driving me crazy.

It sounds like it's emulating a CD drive. I don't have a Droid, but maybe this will help.

Thank you all very much for the advice!! I really appreciate it... it helped me figure out how to open up the files.

I swear I think they make these harder and harder just so we spend more and more money just to get useless software and technology....UGH!!!

I was sweating bullets, I had video on my phone that is part of a civil case for me. Without it, I was pretty much screwed.

I'm just happy I have it now!!!

It seems as though your issue was solved, but for some clarification, it seems as though some drivers, VZ sync stuff, and other things are on the phone. My Rezound also gets recognized initially as a CD ROM, I just skip that part and go to the mass storage when plugging in.
