4G down in Phoenix,AZ

I have the Rezound and 4G is out...the good thing is that I still have 3G since before anytime 4G was out, so was 3G! Called Verizon and was told there was an outage, but it was resolved, still no 4G. I am currently on 3 minutes downloading an app that is 4.80 MB (currently around no WIFI) When I leave it on CDMA/LTE it goes between 4G and 3G only seconds apart then eventually drops. Leaving it on CDMA only now.

Ive pulled the battery, pulled the SIM, toggled Airplane mode, toggled between CDMA and CDMA/LTE, started the phone without the SIM then powered off and back on again with the SIM (that trick worked on the Bionic) used 'restart connection' app and nothing.

Just sad is all...cannot stream and download music now which is a huge part of my day!

i haven't lost any service on my droid x/3g & i'm in phoenix..

i think its only an issue with 4G phones, or Verizon just hates me :smileysad:

i dont know, but i've not had 4g in the daytona area now for the past 3 days... in fact, sometimes i struggle to get 1x let alone 3g. and yes i've pulled the battery and all the other crap you are supposed to do.

oh man, that bites! Atleast I get 3G but its useless with all the streaming and downloading I do. 4G is still out here, it blows!

I wonder if is having any issues with the 4G LTE network in Phoenix?

nope? not sure about yesterday (never activated it).....but just tested it. 9.65mbps download right now. i'm in central phoenix (32nd st and indian school rd)

can you put on LTE only? i forced mine to LTE only and it is fine???? i typically leave it on "cdma auto prl" or force it to "LTE only" to avoid the bouncing back and forth from 3g to 4g.

hmm, havent tried that...dont you need a third party app or dial a number to get to that setting? forgot what they were

Day 5...still no 4G. Uh, little help here Verizon?

now, i am barely getting 3G? I am updating apps, browsing the web (after a master reset) and keep getting 'connection time out' errors. WTH? Called Verizon and there is a trouble ticket opened, which usually results in a, 'network performing as expected, not guaranteed coverage indoors, future development planned in your area, blah blah blah' but never had a connection issue before 2/16?

what upsets me the most about this is Ive had the TB, the Charge, the Bionic and the Nexus and this is the first device that didnt always drop data signal when on LTE/CDMA, now, cannot even keep connection. what a bummer Verizon!
