Had my Stratosphere for about 2 weeks...and I like it.
But the status bar at the top (shows if I have 4G, battery life, etc) disappeared.
I don't know if I turned it off or what..can't find a way to get it back.
HELP!!

You definitely need to know how much battery life you have left! Without these icons, have you been able to use the phone (make calls, text, use the web)? Have you pulled the battery out of the phone? Usually when the phone does not have network indicators, it means it's in airplane mode. Can you please try to run the phone in safe mode? This would let us know if it is an application causing these indicators to disappear. I will provide some links with instructions. If you are still having the problem after the first two steps, a hard reset may be necessary.

Battery pull should fix this. I am a Verizon Rep and have seen 2 people this happened to. Battery pull fixed it immediately.
