On another forum I follow, information has appeared that some Samsung Stratosphere owners are receiving strange text messages from VZWNMN in connection with Verizon’s new Backup Assistant Plus service. I haven't been getting these texts, maybe because I don't use Backup Assistant at all. But I thought others here might be getting them and want to know this.
same problem with me, very frustrating that VERIZON cannot fix this problem. Do not disable Backup Assistant Plus this will also delete all email accounts.
so how do I get rid of those texts?
I have the Samsung Illussion and from 8am this morning until now, I have received 21 of these same texts from 6250!!
