Droid charge makes a high pitch whine/squeal when the camera app is on.

Whenever I'm using the built-in camera app to take pictures or videos, the phone will make a high pitched squeal/whine.

It doesn't always do it and the volume is sometimes so low you can only hear it with the phone right next to your ear. Other times it is much more audible.

Any idea what is causing this?

for sure sounds like a device malfunction.. wouldnt be able to tell you whats causing it... but i would say call customer care and look into getting a warranty replacement..
