LOCKED MY SIM ON ACCIDENT!!! HELP~~

Oh My, I locked my sim on accident, i was just playing around with my phone and i turned my sim on and then it required a passcode!! had no idea what it was and locked myself out.. the plan is in my in laws name and i cant dial out to call a customer service representative.. HELP ME!!

Yikes! Sorry about the delayed response. I hope that you have already gotten your SIM unlocked. If you still need assistance with your SIM card we can definitely assist you with this. You can easily and conveniently unlock your SIM card online thru My Verizon. Here are the steps.

1. Login to vzw.com/myverizon

2. Locate the I Want To.. section.

3. Click More Actions.

4. In the DEVICE column select Phone Details.

5. Select Unlock SIM (PUK) Now. The Default Pin and Personal Unblocking Key display.

Once you have retrieved your SIM unlock code you will enter that digit on your device. This will unlock your device. Let us know if you have any more questions.
