re-downloading a ringtone purchased

Hi folks,

New forum member. This has probably been answered, so please just point me in the right direction...

My wife bought some ringtones and then had to get a new replacement phone. I can't seem to figure out how to get the ringtones "re-downloaded" to the new replacement phone... do I have to call customer service? These are paid for and showing up on her account (family plan).

My Media Retrieval is the new, easy way to do it. That's a how-to guide/FAQ for the application. You'll need to access it via MyVerizon and log in.

Thank you! Great to see this available. But, looks like it's not in My Verizon for my wife (phone was replaced a few months back). Looks like I'll have to call customer support since the ringtones are showing they were purchased (date et al), yet I can't get them back into her phone. Thanks.

Doesn 't work for me. I have 43 items on my purchased list and can only download 2 -- and they want another $2.99 to download one of those.
