I have a razor maxx hd how can I adjust the screen touch screen sensitivity
Settings/Display/Brightness/Adjust Brightness level. If you deselect the automatic brightness choice you can set the level to whatever brightness level you desire.

Hello thx42, The Razr is definitely one of the hottest smartphones on the market. It's super fast and super easy to use. While the Droid Razr doesn't have a setting to adjust the sensitivity of the screen. I did, however, find a method to adjust the Touch & Hold delay setting. Simply go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch & Hold Delay. In this menu, there's an option to select short, medium, or long.
