My iphone 4s has frozen. The phone rings however the slide/touch feature just stopped working therefore I cannot even shut the phone down and turn it back on. The buttons seem to be doing what they are supposed to do the screen doesn't work. I can't call Verizon Wireless or answer any of my calls!
