i reset my phone through itunes now it isn't reactivating and when i go to where my phone number should be it says "Unknown" i am connected to wifi and my phone isn't sending messages or calling out so *228 and *22899 are not working, i contacted a verizon representative but they could not help because my husband is the primary account holder and he isn't going to be here until tonight...can anyone help? the guy mentioned something about re-activation through itunes but i don't know how to do it :smileysad: can anyone help?
