How do I enable my call waiting on my phone?

I have somehow disabled my call waiting on my phone. It will beep to let me know there is another caller calling however it will not show that caller's name or allow an option to flash to the other call. Please help me. I use this as my business phone as well as personal and need to get my calls. Thanks, Sam
