Question about Ringtone

I assigned a ringtone that comes with my phone for a contact. Whenever I receive a call from this contact, my default ringtone is being used instead of the ringtone I assigned. The contact is a business with a 888 number. Are there restrictions with numbers that are toll free numbers?

Take the one off of the number in contacts or add it, can't remember which

Is the number entered into your phone as an 11 or 10 digit number? In order to work properly, its best to have it set up as 10 digit. Do you have customized ringtones that are working for other numbers? There is not restriction on ringtones for toll free numbers. Keep me posted!
