E-mail attachments

I have a new env touch and have some issues with it! 

 

Can anyone tell me why I cannot open e-mail attachments and links? I use hotmail.

 

Also, when I try to down load a ringtone with the "wap" I get a error message stating "unsupported document type".

 

Please help, I really don't want to have to return it....what a hassle.

I don't think email attatchments are supported via the mobile web or mobile email application. The document viewer on your Touch only reads stuff that's on a memory card. So I think that's functioning as designed, unfortunately.

 

For the ringtones, what's the web address you're going to? What are the steps you're doing to get this tone?
