I just recieved my iphone 5 to replace my 4, upon set up of the new phone I have not recieved my notes or most of my pictures which were both backed up to the icloud,. How do I get these items back ?

Verizon Wireless does not control iCloud or any of its components. I recommend reaching out to Apple and their support for the best resolution.
