I have an iPhone 4s. I'm on an account but not the account holder. I had to go to apple and have them replace the phone. They said I call *228 and activate the phone. I tried that but don't have the account holders password and now don't have a phone to contact the account holder. I have been given the last 4 digit of the social for the account holder and (I believe) have the account number. I don't know if this is enough but I don't want to continue with an inactive phone until I can get to the verizon store that I know can help me in a week. What do I do?
