Can't receive International Text

Hello,

I'm not able to receive text messages from Russia on Verizon, tested on 2 providers: BeeLine and Megafon.

They type my number correctly: +1XXXXXXXXXX. They can receive my text messages.

I just switched from AT&T and it worked there just fine.

How do I fix it?

I just called Verizon customer support, however your operators are incompetent and are not helpful at all.

You need an international package put on your account to be able to receive them. If you have a smart phone your best bet is to just download an app called Voxofon,it will allow you to text internationally for free=]
