Hi georgetruss!First, I also am sorry for your loss. I'd like to provide you with another way to save your voice mails. If you have Visual voice mail, you can save a voice mail message to your SD card or the phone's internal memory. You can then attach your phone to your PC and make a file for the SD card, and save the file that way.
