I had the "Ignore" button as an option for not answering the phone before the upgrade. How do I get it back?
You didn't mention which phone model this was for. There have been several model of android phone getting updates this past month. Which phone do you have?
It's a Razr.
The ignore option is still there; it looks like a phone handset in a red circle. See page 23 of the manual:
