I'm having an issue with one of the phones for our executives. Their iPhone 4 can make and receive calls, but when trying to connect with 3G will give an error about not being registered to a data network. The APN settings aren't listed under Settings anywhere.
So far we're tried the following to make it work:
Reset network settings.
Reset phone to factory settings.
Restore the OS.
Create a custom profile from unlockit.co.nz
We've even tried going to a Verizon store, but were told that nothing was wrong with the phone. I think it was more a lazy employee at this point to be truthful. I'm not sure if it would be a connectivity issue with a setting on the other end or what at this point. We really need to get this phone up and running because we have a big conference to go to coming up and he needs his phone to have data at all times.
