Yikes! It is never good when you cannot access features that may be available on your wireless device. Let's see what I can do to get this feature properly functioning for you. Have you confirmed that you have the correct feature added to your wireless account? If you are on the Share Everything Plan, this feature is included. If you are on a different plan, you will need to have the additional $20 MHS feature added. I will assume that you are on the Share Everything Plan. Below, I have listed the necessary steps needed to complete the set up on your iPhone 5.



Select Settings

Select Personal Hotspot

Power On

Accept Notifications



Next, we will go the iPad.



Select Settings

Enable WIFI

Locate iPhone

Enter Password Displayed On iPhone

Connection Established
