my husbands iphone 4s has a black screen and clear light on back of phone is lit. No damage to phone....? any ideas
Hi ziggywife!I am sorry to hear about the troubles with your husband's iPhone! That certainly is perplexing! Were you able to get the device back on? Sometimes the device will do this when it is low on a charge. Did you charge it for about 10-15 minutes before attempting to power off and back on? Did you try to plug it into a computer to see if it was responsive? What was going on with the phyonr prior to the display going off?
