Can't believe that my screen died 2 days after the up-date. Pain in the kester! I was in unfamiliar territory using the Verizon Navigator when the screen went dark. Tried resetting, but that didn't work. It's under warranty, and will be SENT? a new one. The guy at the "official" Verizon store told me that they didn't replace the phone on the spot. Man this is not good. No phone now for 4 days! How come no getting a loaner till mine comes?
