Question regarding NO contract plans or not?

I have an account with Verizon however it has two phone lines on it that are my brother and my mothers account. I cancelled mines as I moved out of the country to an area without service for verizon wireless. Can you tell me if there is a way to come back to verizon with a no contact plan and pay them monthly? I would call but it cost me about 1.5$ a minute. Thanks to anyone who can help me

You can activate a new line with existing that you already own and you'll be put on a month to month agreement. No contract. So yes, just as long as you already own a VZW device you can do it.
