My mother and I bought new iphone 5 yesterday at Verizon. We are testing the phones but each text I send to her is 'not delivered'. I was able to send a text to another family member but she was not. I've googled this and it seems to be a problem without a fix. Should we return phones or does someone know what's happening? Thanks.
