Unlook iphone4s

hello . I buy in Hongkong a Iphone 4s  teroretiaclly Free, ...i use this phone 2 months in spain ...and now with actualitation of IOS 6.1...i cant conected to the telephone net.

I call Iphone service and they explain me that is not a free movil, this a is a movil from IMEI from Verizone...

is it posible to get some code for unlook this movil ??
