Forced update now phone won't work

My phone started updating this morning about 8 AM. Then the screen went black and wouldn't turn on. It doesn't show it taking a charge even though

it is hooked up to the charger. Have removed battery and reinstalled. Nothing. Any suggestions??? Please help!

Hi Matt,

I am not able to get it to turn on at all. I don't know if the software installed fully. I have tried holding the powe button and the volume button down at the same time and nothing...when I put it on the charger, it doesn't even show the light that it is plugged up. Help!!!
