I am getting data over-usage alerts, but my last month's activity and this month bill do not reflect overage
Hi Maudie, Uknown alerts can certainly be cause for alarm. I myself would want an explanation on the alerts as well. Let's get this resolved. Do you have more than one line on the account? Are the alerts for your line? You can dial # DATA from your cellphone to have a Text message sent with your current data usage. Does this information match the alert you received?
