Choosing a blackberry and plan

Please help! I would like to purchase a blackberry. I currently have Americas choice II with 450 min. My daughter and son-in law are bombarding me with texts and photos of my new grandson! They are not verizon. We also talk alot and I am going over on minutes too. I was trying to figure out which nationwide to get. I need to up my minutes to maybe 900 and add a data package for 29.99 or would it be better to just get a better nationwide package? I would also like to have unlimited email and web. What's the best route to go?

Because America's Choice plans are no longer offered if you increase your minutes to 900 you will automatically be moved to the Nationwide 900min plan for $59.99. For Blackberry data I would suggest the unlimited Email&Web plan for $29.99.

With text messaging you have several options. Do you have a text package right now? If not, I would suggest starting out with the $5/250 message package. Or, if you have this already, you can increase it to $10 for unlimited vzw-vzw and 500 out of network.

Thank you for your help. I'm glad you mentioned the text. I was under the impression it was included in the data plan. I will add that. Any suggestions on which Blackberry. This will be my first one.

If it's your first one I would suggest going with the Curve 8330. It's a very reliable device, easy to learn and use and there's lots of 3rd party app support for it. And right now via the website it's only $49.99. So not a bad deal at all. But if you want to splurge and you're the type of person that likes the latest and greatest then get the Tour 9630. It's a truly awesome device. It's brand new so there's bound to be a few quirks and bugs and whatnot. But it's a beautiful device with an excellent keyboard and wonderful screen.

I am probably going to go with the Tour. Any idea where I can locate the data plan for 29.99 on Verizons website. I can't seem to locate it?
