Hi,
Yesterday I ported my son's number from US Cellular back to Verizon to the IPhone 5. The port finally took 24 hours later today. He did call me and it worked perfect. I did receive 2 text messages from him (duplicates) and I responded, however he never received them. He has stated that he has not been receiving any messages from the family or his girlfriend. Our phones are all still currently on US Cell. Would the text messages still be behind from the port or does he need to reset something? He has shut the iPhone down and brought back up. It doesn't help he left for Florida this morning and trying to deal with this back in Illinois.
