Plan has been past the 2 year contract, and want to get a new phone for just one of the lines??

My 2 year contract ended in February, but my parents still never got our four lines new phones. I was curious if it was possible to just get a new phone for my line without bothering the other three lines, along with adding texting to the plan. Then later along in time the other three lines can renew their plans along with getting new phones. My mother was worried about this because she didn't know if it would cost more to just do mine.

Each line has it's own upgrade date, so each line will have it's own contract. An upgrade on one line will not affect any of the other lines on the account.
