Mobile Email

Morning all, just switched over to verizon due to a migration and spent alot of time searching the forums for phones/plans that would fit my families usage.. we went with the connect/1400 min. The lady at the store said i had mobile email.. (just needed to dl the app for it) when i started to do this , i noticed a 5.00/month fee associated with it. The plan i have said its included, my first of prolly many questions is.. Will i still need to pay this fee to dl and use the app?

Hello and welcome to the forum! The Connect 1400 Family Share Program does include Mobile Email. Now . . . in order to use Mobile Email your DEVICE needs to be Get it Now enabled. I don't know which device you have but assuming it is Get it Now enabled you should be fine.

As you probably know you go to Get it Now and under the Email Category you go to Tools on the Go and select Get New App then select Email. I would ignore any referrence there to being charged. However, I would most definitely re-confirm with Verizon that you indeed are NOT going to be charged for that service as Verizon clearly advertises and claims that it is included in that package.

You should not be charged for any usage of Mobile E-Mail or web usage, because this is all used in the plan.
