Friend dropped phone in water.... she's had it in rice for 3 days...if she goes to power it on and it doesn't come on is there ANY way to recover the photos and videos that are on there?
Apple has a cloud feature of which Music, Photos, contacts, calendar are stored at the Apple iCloud website .

However your friend would of had to set the iPhone up to sync those items. at the website if it was synchronize then the media is downloadable to your computer and new iPhone.
