My phone is lock and my email isn't working to unlock it . What do i do .
Tierra, locked phones are not cool at all! Is your phone saying the password is incorrect or what message are you receiving? Verify that you're able to login with that same Gmail password on My Verizon. Also verify that your phone is showing signal as it will need to connect to Google's servers. Reboot and try again. If your password is correct and still receiving an error, then a hard reset will need to be completed http://bit.ly/PfOnz8. Your contacts are backed to Gmail, so that information will be restored.
