E-mail address to send letter of commendation?

Too often on the net we're come to complain about service but some times we should stop and commend those who go above and beyond to assist us.

I dealt with a CSR today who was extremely helpful in resolving my billing issue. I have their first name, extension, and what call center they are out of. How can I locate that person's supervisor to send them a letter?

Hello and welcome! I think it's tremendous that you are doing this. I've had great help in the past myself from a few really helpful individuals so I know exactly how you feel. Well if you have the persons name, number and call center I think all you would have to do is just call Verizon and ask for the direct contact information for that call center. Contact them and ask for the supervisor of that individual and provide the commendation.

Verizon has a ton of issues to clear up in terms of customer service, billing nightmares, etc. However, there are indeed really good individuals there going out of their way to help. I think they get so many of the complaints that a gesture like yours will really make a difference to all of them there! :smileyhappy:

I have the direct number of the call center but if I call it, it only asks for the extension. I wanted to talk to a person so I could get all the info.

Gez. They sure aren't making this easy are they. They've insulated themselves so well from the barrage of complaints that when somebody wants to say something good they can't do that either! :smileysad:

All I can say is you gave it your best. I don't know if they'll allow it or not but maybe you can just post your letter of commendation to that individual right here! Actually, the more I think about it this would give that individual NATIONWIDE acclamation! The Verizon executives I'm told do read this forum and even more top people will see it and I'm sure that person will get even more pats on the back!

It is truly unnecessary to try to track someone down individually... Like most websites, the VZW site has a clever link at the top, labeled "contact us." You will answer a small series of questions in order to direct your inquiry to the right place. Whomever receives the message will be happy to direct it to the appropriate manager.
