I recently received a reconditioned iphone 4s from Asurion to replace my existing device. I am suddenly unable to hear incoming calls - it is totally silent. If I make a call, I am able to hear the other person just fine. Ideas??
Backup your device in itunes or icloud, and restore as new in itunes, and then check to see if it works. Then you can restore from a backup if it does. If not then you may need repair/replacement. Hope this helps.
