I have an error message at the top of my phone that keeps saying I have items waiting to upload and says the remote computer is offline. Any suggestions?
Depending on what you want to do:
1. Turn on the remote computer to upload the items to your device.
2. Turn off MotoCast so you don't get the error messages anymore.
I have the same problem and my remote computer IS turned on!
Check Motocast settings on your computer to make sure what is checked on the phone is synchronized with what is on your cell.
I only have music and photos checked on the computer but after you update to Jelly Bean OS the Motocast is a stand alone app and you have to check the settings to match those on your computer.
After that it uploads perfectly
