Phone Upgrades

Okay so i got my Verizon Motorola last June and i've been through three chargers since, pretty crazy huh? since it's my last year with this phone til I can upgrade again, what am I suppose to do about my charger, it keeps going through the same problem, it won't charge my battery all the way, I'll make one phone call on a fully charged battery and it goes to one cell. Now does anyone think Verizon will let me upgrade now without making me pay $200 like my mom says it will cost?

I'm about fed up with this whole charger/battery business.

Time to get policy working in your favor. You need to have the phone/charger replaced 3 times within the last 90 days. So if you havent do it. Make sure there something really wrong with it but make sure you get it done 3 times. Then you will be elible for what is called a Multi fru free of charge :smileyhappy:

You would only be eligible for a Multi-FRU if you've had 3 replacements of the phone only. Accessory replacements do not qualify for a multi-FRU. There has to be something wrong with the phone in order to get another phone.

Sounds like it's not the charger that's the issue anyway, I would definately try a replacement phone.
