Google Calendar no longer appearing

I have an LG Lucid. I had been using the internal Calendar app that came pre-installed on the phone. It was fine - my regular calendar was appearing on my phone. A week or so ago, I got a message saying I needed to download Link in Cloud to sync my calendar, and my Google calendar vanished from my phone. Gmail is still syncing fine; I just can't see or post to my calendar. I've looked around several places and can't find any reference online to Link in Cloud or to the specific problem I am having. Suggestions?

Neither of these answers addresses my problem. My Google account has

already been added to this phone, which is why, as I state in my message,

Gmail is still syncing fine. I just can't see my Google calendar anymore.

It used to be visible. It no longer is.

The back up function cited in the other response is already on my phone,

and as far as I can tell it doesn't interact with Google calendar in the

least.

Any other idea why the built in calendar feature on the phone would be able

to see my online Google calendar for a while and suddenly not be able to

see or access it any further?

On most phones you have to go in to the phone's calendar and then go into it's settings to tell it to sync with whichever calenders you want (phone, Google, etc)
