Please some body help me I accidentally block my SIM card and now my iPhone 5 ask me for a PUK where or what I have to do??? Please help me
You have to call Customer Service, they can retrieve it.
Log into your on-line MyVerizon account. At the top of the page where it says MyVerizon, hover over that and click on View All under My Device. At the top, choose the appropriate device. Under About My Device, click on My PIN and Unlocking Key (PUK), and you should get a pop-up with the info.
