Having sound issues with my Droid Razr? Static and unclear? Any suggestions as to what could be the cause? And what I can do to try and repair this issue?
Have no fear, Verizon is here! It will be my pleasure to assist you with your device. I know static can easily be frustrating, especially while on a call. May I ask is there any physical or liquid damage on the device? Also, can I assume that you are not using anm accessory with the phone when this happens? My first suggestion is to verify that bluetooth & wifi is turned off, reboot, & retest. Let me know if the static is gone and if the clarity improves.
