Comcast Wireless Connection

I have Comcast Triple Play and I'm trying to access my Verizon iPhone 4 to my new wireless router. My Home comcast access appears and I try to log the password in and it will not accept. What needs to be done? Is this a Verizon issue or Comcast Log in issue?

Well when you go into the iPhone you have the wireless set to on, then it will scan for network connections (ssid) of which you should know the name of your network. Many times cable companies don't want you messing with their modem or modem/routers so they don't let you access the device to change the network name or security settings to what you want them to be. Now after you find that network you are asked to enter the passcode for that router. The passcode must be EXACT in uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers or it will not connect.

Try to connect again and remember not to transpose Zeros as the letter "O" or 1's as the letter "l"  this is why I like to make my own passcodes so these types of mistakes don't occur.
