I have an iPhone 4s and have an international plan. I have been sending and receiving texts abroad; however about a week ago I stopped receiving international texts. How do i rectify this problem?
Have no fear, Verizon is here! It will be my pleasure to assist you with your international text messages. May I ask are you able to receive standard texts on your phone? Also, what country are you texting to/from? May I have you check your available device memory to see if you have enough to continue texting. Also, try erasing the entire text thread from your iPhone 4S, reboot, and retest. Let me know your findings, just in case more assistance is needed.
