Help needed....

I'm new to this Droid Razr and already the "voice command" has stopped working 3 times...I had to reboot the phone twice and thought it was caused by linking up with my Bluetooth device but after the last reboot, I stopped using the Bluetooth altogether and still my phone lost "voice command".

Any suggestions or remedies?

Did you recently install the update to Google Play Music? If so, uninstall the update (and change your preference to not automatically update the app). There's some sort of glitch in the update that conflicts with Voice Command.

Thanks for the tip tikibar! Jvictorg, I want to make sure that your phone is working as it should. Have you tried to tikibar's suggestion? If still no change, let's try clearing the cache from your voice command. It may also be listed under Voice Dial. Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All, Voice Command, Clear data/cache. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
