Help please. Just got a I4 and we can only get vibration - no ring tones. What are we missing?

Look at the upper left corner of the phone, there is a little toggle switch to turn off the sound. Turn it back on.

That should fix your problem

Additionally read your owners manual that is on your cell phone. or go to http://www.apple.com and download or view it from a tablet or regular computer.

Sounds are also controlled from your settings menu.
