Can't receive texts from one person

I'm not getting any text messages from one person, but they can get text messages from me. I have them in my contacts, and they have me in theirs. We use that contact listing to message each other. I used to be able to get their texts, but a few weeks ago I just stopped getting them. I have a BlackBerry Curve. Can anyone help me?

Are they using your full, 10 digit phone number?  Can they reply to a message you send to them, rather than using the contact information?

Have them delete you as a contact, then reboot their phone and re-add you from a message you send, and see if the messaging works any better.  And have them check to be sure they only have you listed once in their contact list.
