I was speaking earlier to an associate regarding my inability to send large files from my phone. I play guitar and I just wanted to send some music to my friend. The Verizon associate I spoke to was obviously trained to merely sell me new and expensive products. The associate first told me that my current phone was incapable of sending large files, but at the end of the chat she told me she was unsure if my phone was capable of an upgrade. The only thing I was, and am, interested in is sending larger files. I am completely willing to pay for an upgrade, or a fee for a new service commitment for a new phone, but I do expect my options to be explained to me without any subterfuge. I am deploying to the Middle East in two days and I just wanted to send some music I recorded to my friend before I left. Verizon wasted what little time I had trying to con me. Verizon, I am not impressed. I will remember this when I am considering my next phone. (In case anyone reading this is completely dense... Verizon just lost a customer. I don't have time now to start switching over my number and service provider, but I will when I return from my deployment. Verizon, you wasted my time... you wasted my time... you wasted my time...
